Then the ice freezes most of my doors shut in the morning. I'm still happy to have a cleaner but frozen car.

I washed the Volvo in 20° weather before my local Cars and Coffee. It still looked better frozen than with all of the white gunk up the side.

You'll know for next time to go round the door shuts with a drying aid and some cloths. Lol.
Also some Einszett Gummi Pfledge Stift on the door seals will help stop/reduce the door sticking when dew sits on the rubber and the temperature drops.

I once went through a touchless car wash at -20°F in my parents car. It was just over a half-hour in a heated garage before I could get the doors open and get out.
